PONY RIDES - BASIC PACKAGE - 1 HR

• We provide an area for the pony rides complete with stairs to allow the children to mount safely, and prompt cleanup of any manure that may happen. For events, we also provide a rope enclosure for the pony rides at no extra charge. The ponies will be friendly, clean and dress up with ribbons on their manes and matching halter lead rope and saddle pads. We also provide name tags that the ponies wear for easy identification. For the birthday event the special child of the day receives a horsey gift to keep. The ponies are for the children. Infants (with a parent beside of course) up to 85 lbs in weight are allowed to ride.

LARGE BARNYARD PETTING ZOO

• We provide pens or enclosures for the animals. Water, hay, shade and fans if necessary are provided. Information sheets on each animals are displayed describing each animal and interesting facts about them. These larger animals may be available for a seperate fee: *1 Alpaca $40 additional due to corral set up *1 Little cow $40 additional due to corral set up

GENERAL INFO

• Please note that all of our animals are healthy and well trained and our staff are courteous and knowledgeable. We will be dressed neatly and in Beach Party Pony attire and our animals will look great.
• Beach Party Ponies is licensed with the City of Virginia Beach, and we have the necessary liability insurance, and are certified and inspected by the USDA. We are happy to provide proof of insurance if needed
• We do accept credit cards for large events with a 3.5% convenience fee.
• All party reservations require a deposit mailed to the farm
• You may cancel your event 4 hrs head of time due to inclement weather only and receive a full refund or party credit otherwise your deposit is non refundable.
